Using the platform for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing activities is prohibited.
5. Pricing and Billing
Scope, billing periods, and payment terms of paid plans may be updated by Twicart.
6. Third-Party Services
Payments, shipping, and other integrations are subject to third-party provider terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Software, design, trademarks, and other IP rights belong to Twicart or its licensors.
8. Privacy
Parties protect confidential information; personal data is processed in compliance with applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated in case of violations.
10. Governing Law
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, with Istanbul courts authorized.
