Starting setup
The setup wizard prepares the initial structure of your website. Payment and campaign tasks are not handled during setup. Both starting routes take you to the admin panel.
From the website setup page
Enter your email address and verification code to reach the admin panel. For a new website that has not been set up yet, the AI in the panel asks for the required details.
Through the AI on the Twicart homepage
Tell the AI on the homepage that you want to create a website. It asks for your email address to register and directs you to the admin panel, where you introduce your brand and continue setup.
Using Twi AI is optional. The AI setup wizard is one of the ways to create your store.

Introducing your brand
Twi AI first asks for your industry, brand name and colours. These provide the starting point for your logo, content and design. It then asks about your design preferences.
- Industry: Describe what you sell or the field you work in.
- Brand name: Specify the name of your store.
- Colours: Share the colours you want in your design.
Describe any look you have in mind. If you leave the decision to Twi AI, it designs around your industry and colours. Even with limited input, it uses the available information to create starter content, meta titles and descriptions.
I sell natural care products. My brand is Liva. I like green and cream tones. I’ll leave the rest of the design to you.

The setup wizard is limited to the areas below. Payment, campaign and other store operations are not handled at this stage.

Live preview
On desktop, describe your changes to Twi AI on the left and see them in the preview on the right. On mobile, the instruction area and preview are shown separately.
You can keep guiding the design through conversation after it is created. Describe how a section should look and review the change in the preview.
Make the homepage heading shorter. I want a simpler look at the top.
Quick Touch-up
Use the pen to mark the area you want to change in the preview, then describe the edit. You can mark one area in red and another in blue, referring to the colours in your instructions.
Swap the area I marked in blue with the icon I marked in red.
In Text mode, click the text on screen to edit it directly. You do not need to mark every text change with the pen.
After setup
During setup, Twi AI focuses only on the initial website setup. Payment and campaign tasks are not part of the wizard. Once setup is complete, you can give instructions for other supported tasks.
Creating and editing pages, blogs, campaigns, menu links or popups are handled at this later stage. Twi AI does not delete content.
The initial setup includes the logo, metadata, Open Graph, sample products and categories, homepage, header and footer. Other needs are addressed afterwards.
After setup, explore Page Builder’s Manual, AI and Code modes.
Publishing
Review your design, text and sample content in the preview. When ready, use Publish to publish your website.
You can start with a sample domain until your own domain is ready. Continue working through the admin panel address assigned to your site.
